Swindon Coat of Arms
Alan Holland from TWIGS (Therapeutic Work in Gardens) came to the Swindon Interfaith Group with an idea for a Faith Garden.  He had some funding for this and wanted ideas of the type of things people would wish to see in a Faith Garden.

There were so many ideas to incorporate!  Most of them have now been included and if you visit TWIGS at Cheney Manor you will find the garden is now well established with a water fountain, a mound, coloured flags, painted pebbles in the path, some lovely plants and shrubs plus, its latest addition, a bench bought by the members of the Swindon Interfaith Group in celebration of all the work put in to Interfaith in Swindon over the last 20 plus years by Margaret and Vernon Griffiths.
